Proper nutrition

It is important to a mother of taking a right nutrition while she is pregnant. When I was pregnant to Kobi I see to it that I eat the right kind of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I must see to it that veggies and fruits are present though I don’t feel the food that I intake but I have to force myself just to have a proper nutrition for my incoming baby. Well, during those days, my OB gynie invited me for pregnancy seminar that time and I’ve learned so many things on proper caring of a baby while preparing for birth and everything about pregnancy awareness. On the next door, I noticed that there were also group of young people conducted a seminar about drug rehab program and they also cited about cocaine treatment and some other interesting topics. That was a great seminar for youngsters to become aware of drug rehab program.

The person who conducted our seminar talked about the full coverage about infancy that a proper nutrition plays a significant part in promoting optimal growth and development, strengthening the immune system, and enhancing social and cognitive ability to an infant. During the first year of life, the infant’s weight should triple, and length should increase by 50 percent. Growth and development is more rapid during the first year of life than at any other time. Because of this amazing growth, the infant requires an adequate intake of calories and essential nutrients. Good nutrition, along with a loving, appropriately stimulating environment, is essential for normal development.

It is really important for a mother and soon to be mothers to have a good nutrition for their baby. For a mother it is good to read more books on how to handle her pregnancy and how to obtain a proper diet.
